Job Description

• This is an immediate, full-time, project-based position with a defined timeline. It is neither a permanent role nor a part-time position. Compensation will be determined based on the quality of the final deliverables and how well they meet the business requirements.

Must Have

1. Positive attitude
2. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for communication as native language
3. Proficient in reading English to effectively interpret documentation and technical resources
4. Experience with:
   1. Continuing existing laravel code project to develop
   2. Laravel PHP 8 or more
   3. Javascript vanilla is priority
   4. ReactJS or Vue JS
   5. Bootstrap CSS
   6. Tailwind CSS
   7. Git and managing code repositories.
   8. Proficiency in MySQL for managing databases
   9. Understanding of web security practices, such as XSS, CSRF protection, and SQL injection prevention.
   10. Waterfall and agile software development
   11. Starting Laravel projects from scratch and successfully deploying them for production use
5. Able to start working immediately.
6. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
7. Proven experience with multiple projects using Laravel PHP, JavaScript (especially vanilla), and Bootstrap CSS.
8. Ability to learn and adapt quickly, including working with existing source code.
9. Ability to provide accurate and efficient time and effort estimates for coding tasks based on detailed business requirements.
10. Proactive in offering constructive ideas and suggestions to improve processes, solutions, and overall team performance.
11. Smart, with a high level of professionalism.

Good to have

1. Have experience building: online exam web based system, learning management system and other similar features like those
2. Have experience with
   1. Laravel Live Wire
   2. Deploying laravel with GCP – Google Cloud Run and Google Cloud SQL
   3. Front-end with seamless user experience

What you will do

• You will be assigned to continue an existing project using Laravel PHP, vanilla JavaScript, and Bootstrap CSS.
• The goal of the project is to develop an Online Exam System (OES) for students in Indonesian schools. This OES will be managed by a company and eventually sold to schools across Indonesia.
